After all chances are sold, we will announce a date and time and will go live on Facebook to reveal the winners! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be announced by name and ticket number. Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn. All winners will receive a 1099. All state and local laws apply. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours and are responsible for arranging prize pick up. Winners must pick up their prize within 30 days of the drawing (ID required). Any unclaimed prizes after 30 days will become property of Hawthorn Area Volunteer Fire Department.

Tickets purchased online will be filled out by fire department personnel. Ticket stubs will only be mailed to the purchaser if requested.
